RAPID REVIEWS
Wow – I’ve traveled so much I can’t believe I was behind. Needless to say I didn’t empty many items because of the travels. Still many items I’d repurchase but now that I’ve been trying things so often that I’ve narrowed down to ones I’d really spend my hard earned money on.
Emptied 15 products with a total value of ~$400
- Body Care Products::
- Necessaire – The Body Cream – $45
- A truly unfragranced body moisturizer that is great throughout the year. It’s even better when you later their body serum beforehand.
- Sol de Janeiro – Beija Flora Elasti-Cream (3 sample) – $22 mini price)
- Apparently this is discontinued – sad face. I just I was the only loyal buyer because it’s no longer on their website. Seriously I purchased this non-stop.
- Aklief (Derm Prescribed) – $45
- This is a body retinol use to control my back acne and it truly has controlled by acne and fewer acne bumps have shown.
- Necessaire – The Body Cream – $45
- Skincare Products::
- Then I Met You – Living Cleansing Balm – $38
- Really enjoyed this cleansing balm. It does not leave my eyes cloudy and does a great job of removing even the toughest makeup. Plus, it smells like fresh citrus peel.
- Charlotte Tilbury – Magic Cream – $100
- While I did enjoy this cream it’s super pricey! It literally melts into my skin and it feels even better you put it in the fridge. It’s a very thick cream so maybe not great for those with oily skin.
- Beauty of Joseon – Glow Deep Serum Rice – $17
- There was a huge rave on this serum but honestly for my skin – it didn’t do anything that was noticeably enjoyable at all. It’s a super lightweight serum so I felt like I needed to layer it with another serum for a deeper hydration.
- Youth to the People – Adaptogen Cream (mini) – $18
- I was traveling a lot during this time to dryer climates and this really helped out a lot during that time. It’s cooler climates so the extra nourishment helped out a lot. Didn’t cause any pilling with use of sunscreen but also it didn’t give me an issue with any makeup use.
- I Dew Care – Time Out Blemish Patch (Happy Paws – $16) & (Original– $15) –
- Both patches are good for whiteheads and they are super cute to look at especially the Happy Paws.
- Hero Cosmetics – Micropoint for Blemishes – $12.99 & Nose – $17.99 –
- The micropoints are on the pricier side but they work really well and they are bit larger than the standard pimple patch sizes. The nose ones I like to use to clean my clogged pores from my nose and chin but you can literally cut the size down as needed which is great.
- Peach Slices – Deep Blemish Microdarts – $8.99
- I’ve repurchased this one over and over again because it on the more affordable side and I can pick it up locally for the same price.
- The Creme Shop – Cotton Candy Skin Pimple Patches (3 pack) – $5.99
- While these are super cute – this one didn’t do much – however the other cute designed worked a bit better so maybe this one was a dud.
- Neutrogena – Stubborn Acne Pimple Patches – $9.99
- This was super painful removing from my skin and it didn’t do anything for me besides hurt me. Definitely don’t recommend it.
- Then I Met You – Living Cleansing Balm – $38
- Other Products::
- The Good Patch Nite Nite – $16 & Dream – $12
- These are both sleeping patches the Nite Nite has Hemp in it which is an extra dose to help sleep for the tougher nights. Both kick my butt and work so well. It’s better than a gummy and quick to kick in within the hour.
