YAY! Another round of empties. This month also marks my 6 month milestone of empties from my one year anniversary of starting my Instagram page. It’s all so exciting!
I have however noticed a trend where I have taken a backseat in trying new skincare due to active breakouts that I have been constantly having issues with. I think I’ve narrowed down further as to which product but it may also just be one of those transition season period where everything is not my friend.
This month I emptied 19 different products – phew. I thought it would be a lot less but I had to factor in hair care and body care empties as well. I must say and empty is an empty no matter what. How well has your progress been on empties?
Here are the Top 10 Notable Empties of April 2022:
- Farmacy Beauty – Green Clean | $34 for 100ml (Use Code: ENNEI20 to save $$) – you know this is an all-time favorite of mine!
- Strivectin – Peptight Tightening Neck Serum Roller | $79 for 50ml – I used this serum everyday, twice a day, for 45 days straight (skipping one day). Cost per day comes to $1.76 per day which is pretty affordable when you breakdown the cost. I saw noticeable results at the 14 day mark and then a slow transition. I was able give my neck a firmer defined look and my neck lines were much smoother. Now that I’ve stopped for the last couple weeks, my neck could use some help again.
- Dr. For Hair – Phytho Therapy Shampoo | $27 for 500ml – Such a great value! My itchy scalp was no match for this shampoo. I didn’t have any issues with loss of hair or further itchy scalp. I do however shampoo my hair every 2-3 days.
- The Good Patch – Be Calm | $16 for 4 patches – Last month I used their Relax which is the non hemp extract ingredient. I did not notice a difference of either. They both worked really well. A great way to add to my morning routine, especially if I know the day will be a long one or full of potential stress.
- Peach Slices – Dark Spot Microdarts | $8.99 for 9 patches – I actually used this batch to help with deep skin blemishes and they worked really well for that too. You know I love these – I empty these consistently.
- Amika – The Wizard Detangler Hair Primer | $18 for 118ml – At first when I used this detangler, I was surprised with the primer. I thought it would be a lightweight spray but rather it was more of an oil. I honestly got it all over my floors which I wasn’t happy. So I sprayed directly into my hands and then hand brushed into my hair. After awhile I was able to spray directly to my hair without issues. I’ve already repurchased for my daughter because it was a great detangler for her long hair.
- First Aid Beauty – Pure Skin Face Cleanser | $24 for 150ml – By far the best gentle and fragrance-free cleanser for my morning routine. It didn’t dry out my skin but it was enough to make my skin feel clean.
- Necessaire – The Body Lotion | $24 for 200ml – This was a great body lotion. My skin absorbed up the lotion easily. I love that it was fragrance-free. With my dry skin issue – this definitely helped with that.
- Hero Cosmetics – Body Scrub | $14.99 for 160ml – You know I love this entire line already and have repurchased multiple times already.
- Hero Cosmetics – Body Toner | $14.99 for 150ml – Same here – love the entire line and I already have a backup for use. The toner takes a lot longer to finish than my scrub or body wash.
This is the one month where my Top 10 are the ones I would repurchase right a way!
