I want to thank Peach Slices and the Peach and Lily family for allowing me the opportunity to test out their new product line these last few weeks.
Now that I have been using it consistently every night I am ready to provide you an update on my thoughts on each product.
Acne Clarifying Cleanser ($10.99 for 4.05oz): As soon as I opened the bottle, it is a super liquidity gel-like texture. It’s almost watery because I barely squeeze the bottle and it comes right out. It is supposed to be unscented but I smell like this plastic scent. It’s funny because what does plastic smell like, hahaha. It’s hard to explain I guess. I have noticed that my skin is clearer and fewer acne breakouts. Especially since we are still wear face masks out in public.
Acne Exfoliating Toner ($10.99 for 4.05oz): Definitely needs a cotton pad in my opinion. I tried to just use my hands and it didn’t really work I had hoped. It is not a hydrating toner but an active ingredient that really needs to do its job. It is for sure unscented, works really well and doesn’t irritate my skin. You definitely need to follow up with a moisturizer quickly.
Acne Oil-Free Moisturizer ($12.99 for 2.82oz): You don’t need a lot of moisturizer to cover your entire face. It is not hydrating enough for my face though. So you can apply a couple of layers if needed. It is unscented here too. For sure an oil-free because my face is not super shiny after my nighttime routine.
Overall, as I don’t have many active acne as many others I think it is a great product and safe to use having it have Salicylic Acid ingredient in each of these products. (4 out of 5)
